Handicare America chooses Wisla webbings

Handicare America chooses a ‘specialist’ Wisla webbing product for use across its range of life-enhancing mobility equipment. Designing webbing for use in patient lifting hoists is an intricate process. The working load limit has to be balanced with critical dimensions such as width and thickness in combination with abrasion resistance of both surface and edge surfaces. Wisla has determined that an ideal product is a 2×2 Warp Rep Weave combined with plain woven edges.
